25 lb sack of sushi rice (Kirkland (Juanita))

Prepper friend-of-friend was rotating stock and tossing this. I took it to post here in case someone could still use it. It has a best-by date on the front of November 2022, but the sack (tough tarp-like material) is completely sealed, no punctures or any other visible damage, still sewed up tight at top and bottom, and the rice inside sounds totally dry and normal. I can't give this to a food bank due to the best-by date. Obviously, eat at your own risk. Possibly useful as animal feed?
