Pool cue (Adeyfield. HP2)

Hoping to find 2. This is for an elderly accommodation where they have a pool table with no pool balls. The cues have definitely seen better days. My uncle(85) lives there . I never realised until this week they had a table there. He said he'd like to play but the cues are terrible. Just thought I'd ask on here first. Happy to have a go at replacing the tips, if required. Looked on YouTube.
