This appears to be a very early Waller's Toffee tin (Rum and Butter) from 30's -40's as the branding changed to 'Milady' in the 40's.
Copyright Wallers and Hartley, 1927. with an image of Blackpool Tower. It seems a shame to bin it when it has survived so long.
