Victrola portable record player (North Oakland)

Found it being given away on sidewalk. Powers on but the power light doesn't light and the turntable doesn't spin. Checked the belt and it's fine. It's most likely a blown fuse. Don't see anything else wrong with it (might need a new needle, but they're cheap. Couldn't test it since I can't get the record to spin). I don't want to spend more time tinkering with it. If you do, it's yours...
