Daylight lamp (Knaphill GU21)

Just spent out to buy 2 new bulbs for this only to find it wasn't the bulbs, the lamp starter is faulty. So if anyone has one they no longer use i could make very good use of it please. Can't see in the evening to do craft without it. Can collect. Thank you
