Dynamax treadmill folding (L13)

Folds in half
I brought it 10 days ago my flat is too small as I have a toddler in a 1 bed and no space to use it
IT does fold flat and handle bars also has remote and emergency stop key
It weighs about 40k and I live on 2nd floor no way I can get it down as I have a slipped disk
So would require two people too collect it
