Brown garden bin for recycling (Hp HP18)

I'm looking for a brown garden bin for avdc recycling garden waste ...I have bought my subscription but avdc are being useless at sending a brown bin it's taken five phonecalls to no avail I'm beyond distressed as I'm paying for something I simply cannot use as I have no bin ..it says if you can find someone who has one that no longer uses I'm able to use that as long as my sticker is attached...so I'm pleading with anyone if they have one
