It's in good condition and gently used with no stains. It hasn't been in a smoking or pet environment. It is a burgundy and blue floral pattern.
The dimensions are 60 in. long x 36 in. wide x 38 in. high. The mattress dimensions (twin/single bed side) are 72 in. long x 37 in. wide x 4.5 in. high
