Old Android Phone (N. Vashon - near Heights Water)

I am seeking an old Android phone. I need to use it with an app & Wi-Fi, but don't need a data plan since I don't be using the phone aspect of it.

I can show you how to "Factory Reset" the device to clean all data on it.
