Electric cooker (RH119UT)

I'M TRYING TO FIND AN ELECTRIC OVEN FOR A FRIEND. She is a single mum and purchased on off face book only to get it home and it doesn't work! And now the people she brought it from won't answer the phone or open the door, she is now without an oven.
