arts for older Berkline Recliner (S.E. of Caledon Village)

Looking for a power supply AC ADAPTER for rocker/recliner/massage/heat BERKLINE model 041140 bought in 1999 or thereabouts. My chair has had very little use and I've lost the adapter. Can you help? If you have ne of these chairs, or similar, even a good picture of what I'm looking for would help. Thanks! Can pick up anywhere.
