Rechargeable torch (Central Letchworth)

Rechargeable multi-function torch with main light, flashing hazard light, and strip light. Complete with instructions and charger.
Does work but battery is flat and is not charging. Probably needs a new 6V battery which is easy to do but you have to take it apart to get to it.
