Box is pretty beaten up (freshly strengthened with cardboard and tape!) and there may be one or two poles missing but still in good shape otherwise. Just piece together, add your own sheets or lightweight blankets, and voilà!
Doesn't build the biggest fort ever, but my son had lots of fun with this when he was about reception age.
