Corded SDS drill old or new (Alcester Lanes End B14)

Hiya I don’t care how old it is as long as it can grip a drill bit well and has a hammer drill setting and plugs into the wall I would be thrilled. Trying to get some work hanging TV monitors and need to make sure I can get through concrete. Thanks so much
