Hi everyone. I was told about this group by my friend Stacy, so I thought I would join up and try here before buying yet another phone for my 13 year old.

This time it wasn't actually his fault, and we think his phone was actually stolen at his swimming lesson sadly.

He has been through a few phones, so his last one was a free gift from his auntie with a crack in the screen. He is more interested in books and his PC, so the phone generally only gets used for WhatsApp and calls.

If you have something that still works and for that purpose that you no longer need, he doesn't care what it is, whether its damaged etc. Just really need to get him through until his birthday in September so he can stay in contact and be reachable when he's out.

He's using a basic non smart phone for now, but the use of WhatsApp would make a massive difference.

I will wait and see on here, then maybe try Gumtree etc.
