Support 4 muscle build/ weight gain (Dagenham RM10)

Here I have some Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass available which has at a guess about 7- 8lb of powder left in the packet. The Best Before date has ended at the end of January 2026 and it is in vanilla flavour. I guess it may still be fine to take with maybe a little flavour loss or not?
