Spares or repair - carpet cleaner (Tunbridge Wells - Dunorlan)

We have had this cleaner for many years but it was damaged and is no longer working properly.

It has been in the garage for a while so is quite dirty but before I take it to the tip for recycling wondered if anybody could use it for parts or wanted to attempt a repair.
