Single ottoman bed & mattress (Clapham Common)

Only 2 years old, bed is in good condition just needs a wipe down - it's been dismantled and has all the parts, screws, etc. I don't have the instructions, but it's LAVENDON ottoman single bed from Argos, so perhaps you can find the instructions online.

**Please note we are in the third floor with no lift - I can help you carry downstairs if necessary**

Also have a single mattress (about 2 years old also) with cosy topper available, which I only bought a few months ago.
