Stationery bike (Hertford SG13)

I have lost the instructions, and have probably mounted it wrong. At the moment, it works on the "easy" motion. It is fairly heavy, and you would need 2 strong people to take it down from the 4th floor, and a way to transport it home. (I can't help -I don't drive and am disabled)
