Black leather recliner NEEDS ATTENTION (Barlborough S43)

I still sit in it and find it comfortable even as it is. As you sit in it, it is slanted to your right hand side a bit. I do counteract this with a black wedge cushion you are welcome to have. Some time ago the handle for extending and retracting [folding back in] the footrest, came off, but can be slotted back on. However the increasing tilt means that if the handle is on, it catches the floor when you operate it. Lastly recently, there was a 'ping!' when using the footrest. The footrest is now extended, fully on the left as you sit in it but tipped down on the right, and won't move either way. It's such a good chair I would say it is really worth getting fixed. I do have a number for a chap who says he can repair it though I don't know the cost. It is beautiful leather in good condition, non smoking, no pets home.
