Reupholster This Antique Chair (Northeast Minneapolis)

This is really a nice chair. Antique, comfortable, medium size and stylish design - I’ve loved it for many years. It’s nice because it’s a somewhat small size and fits nicely in smaller spaces. It definitely needs recovering. Has curled posted arms and carved claw wood feet.
Can you reupholster it or give it to someone who can? It would then be beautiful!
I’m in Northeast Mpls near downtown Mpls.
