This bought for my mother who cannot hear very well but refused to try this after an audiologist told her that her hearing 'was good for her age'!! All boxed with instructions so don't know if anyone would like to give this a go. I know nothing about it other than the details in the 'operation guide' and other than opening it for the photo, it has not been touched!
