Garden plants/shrubs/rose bushes (Garston L19)

I’m looking at making some improvements to my garden on a very tight (non existent) budget. If you have any garden plants, rose bushes, shrubs, cuttings etc I’d be so grateful if you could gift them to me. Thank you.
