Rockwool insulation (Skelsmergh LA8)
About 30m2 worth at 75-100mm deep, in 25mm layers. Fairly knackered looking but will still do the job. Perfect for insulating under the floor but - unless you have more patience than me - a bit flimsy / floppy for walls.
