ionto patches (US19 & Nursery Road)

I have 4 patches in foil packets, unoppened and the vials. Apparently it's a medication delivery system but I have no idea how to use them - or weather they are re-usable or one dose throw away. They are NOT drugs - they are just patches & ionic solutions like saline.
