Child’s Mountain Bike (Appleby-in-Westmorland CA16)

Been sat in a dry garage for a while so needs some TLC. Rusty in places due to age, needs brake pads, rear brake cable retaining nut missing. Tyres holding pressure but small split in rear tyre. 26 inch wheels and would suit 10-14 year old approximately. Probably needs to go to a home where someone knows what they are doing to get it roadworthy again and keep costs down.
