Whistling kettle electric mixer (Colindale NW9)

A whistling kettle, inside squeaky clean. It used to have paint on the outside but cleaned off with warm water.. Stil some remnants of it around the handle.
An electric hand mixer still works however there is a sticky residue on the main body of it which I haven't been able to clean away, i think its a fault with the manufacturer. Also one plastic part fell off so i taped it back!
