Boot/wellie scraper. (Oswestry SY11)

Its a M&S scraper for getting your muddy boots/wellies off. Its made of iron with 2 bristle brushes either side, Its never been used it still has the label on it. Its been in the garage for 10 years and is older than that. It's painted black.
