Little tikes/Smoby plastic garden playhouse (Sheldon B92)

I am looking for the above for my little nephew, to use in the garden.
Condition is not important (just nothing broken etc) I am happy to clean it up, and paint if needed. I can collect when suitable. Thank you in advance.
