Parlor Palm (Iver UB8)

Giving away this beautiful plant.
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but can handle low light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
Watering: Water consistently to keep soil slightly moist, but never soggy. Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings.
Humidity & Temperature: Thrives in high humidity, but adapts well to normal room conditions. Keep temperatures between 18–24°C (65–75°F).
Soil & Fertilizer: Use a well-draining, peat-based potting mix. Feed with a balanced, liquid fertilizer once a month from spring to autumn.
Maintenance: Remove old or browning fronds at the base to keep the plant tidy. Clean leaves with a damp cloth to remove dust.
