Long reach hedge trimmer (within 30 m of hereford)

I am in need of a long reach hedge cutter electric or manual i have recently moved into new rental property with very tall hedges to maintain I could really use one of these and would be very grateful for one or any other gardening tools you no longer need or have downsized thank you for reading my post
