Pressure-boosting shower head (West Marina TN38)

It's a Stonestream one. Screws onto a normal shower hose. Main feature is that if your water pressure is pathetic it somehow lets you get a half-decent shower. It's pretty old but maybe you'd like to try one out. I know it sounds unlikely..! You're supposed to fill it with those water softening beads but I reckon it would work without.
