Patio and Path Cleaner (Kenilworth CV8)

These have been inherited from a community garden shed. I have no idea if they are still effective but if anyone wants to try either or both they are welcome. Health and safety info says irritant, ingredients seem to be daily surfactants. If they are not taken I will have to take them to the chemical dump.
