Usable but a little wobbly, some of the "leather" material peeling away that can possibly be glued back.
They have a few drips of white paint in places which cna probably be cleaned or scraped off.
I think these are plastic and not real leather though there doesn't seem to be any label or anything on them to confirm.
One of the chairs is missing one of the two bolts which attaches the back to the seat.
