The inside diameter is 780mm approximately so this is only suitable for an active kitten or adult for light use only.
For a larger cat, or heavy use, a small wheel could cause back issues as the smaller wheel causes back arching in larger cats.
I'm parting with it as my orientals have gotten very long and use it a lot, so have upgraded to a larger wheel.
Plenty of use left in it.
It makes a rumbling sound but not too noisy.
It has a footbrake if you want to stop it too.
