Drywall sander (Fulwood PR2)

I know this is a big ask & I'm willing to consider borrowing such an item. It's to sand down a room approx 6ft square and 12ft high. I need it in 3 weeks time just for a few days. It's preferable with an attached vacuum. I guess it's something typically used when renovating property if you know anyone who may have one. Thanks for reading. Russell
