Garden ornament (Bucknell SY7)

Had this given to me so many years ago it comes apart heavy when you get towards the bottom piece. I can no longer move it myself due to lots of different illnesses and recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the legs. May need a clean with pressure washer
