Bottle steamer + water rapid cooler (Pelsall WS3)

Good condition tommee tippee steamer note that nuby rapid cool the light on top doesn't work but it does cool the water down, how to use it... fill it with boiling water and shake it for afew seconds then leave it for 2 minutes to cool, wait 3 hours between uses for it to reset.
