Dresser (Hamilton and Burlington area)

Looking for any functioning dresser with at least four drawers for my mom who is in LTC. She has dementia, so drawers that open and close easily is preferred. Nothing sticky or tricky. Ancaster, Burlington, Stoney Creek, Winona and in between is fine for pickup.
