Damaged Women's Trousers (Levenshulme M19)

Black UK size 12 Pretty Little Thing women's trousers. They are clean, but have a lot of marks on them, and a small hole in one knee (see photo). The waistband also has very tight elastic. Maybe these could be upcycled into something else, or cut up and made into cloths? I don't want to bin them, if they can be upcycled or reused.
