Mobile wheelchair ramp (IQ Winnersh RG41)

I know this is a big ask, but I was wondering if someone might have a wheelchair ramp which they no longer use.
My 90-year-old neighbour would like to go into her garden, but there are two concrete steps that she cannot manage. She has a wheelchair so with a ramp this could be accomplished.
