A good size kids playhouse that has been up in our garden for about 12 years. The main structure is sound, but the supporting struts at the front could do with replacing. The hinges on the windows and doors are basically rusted open - with a bit of TLC they could be replaced/rejuvenated. The roofing was replaced a couple of years ago so that is in good condition.
It cost us over £200 new and would bring lots of joy to a new family. Welcome to take (or not) the furniture, curtain and carpet tiles inside, which is in OK condition.

The only caveat is that you will have to either dismantle it or otherwise find a way to remove it yourself! I'm happy to give more information to help you with this if interested.
