Old picture frames - scratched etc is fine! (Hathershaw OL8)

I have got some prints and pictures that I want to make into a gallery wall - I want to try upcycling and painting some frames, so I thought I’d see if anyone has any scratched or tatty ones they don’t want, that I can bring back to life! Preferably A5 size or larger please. I’m in Oldham so can collect odd frames locally, and I’m happy to travel a bit further if anyone has a little bundle of larger frames they want rid of!
