GE Spacesaver Microwave NEEDS WORK (Penn Valley)

GE Spacesaver Microwave oven, black, dimensions in photo (upper right corner of box). Turns on, counts down time but turntable doesn't rotate and oven doesn't start. Troubleshooting booklet says it may need a new keypad or motherboard. These repairs are beyond our paygrade. Up for grabs for someone who knows what they're doing. Oven is in excellent condition otherwise---super clean with no exterior damage.
