Ab Doer Exercise Twist Seat with instruction phamplet and dvd. Was given this to help me but I couldn't use it because it's too low for me because of my hidden disabilities I face & can't use it in the right way as show in instructions. Just to note there is 1 pin ball fixing missing but has cable tie holding area fine & bit of squeaking on the bar handle area where it moves if your too heavy handed and it just needs bit of oil I think to sort that out but I am no expert in exercise equipement, I hope someone would be able to make use of it.
