Are you tired of tripping over that electric bike in your garage? Maybe the battery stopped holding a charge, the charger went missing, or you’ve just upgraded to a newer model and don't want the headache of Marketplace low-ballers.
I am looking for an e-bike project! I’m a local enthusiast looking for a free (or very low-cost) electric bike to repair and use as my primary daily commuter. Instead of letting that tech go to a landfill or gather dust, let me give it a second life on the road.
Why give it to me?
Fast & Easy Pickup: I have my own transportation and can haul it away today. No heavy lifting for you!
Eco-Friendly: I’m committed to repairing and recycling. I’d rather fix a "broken" bike than see it end up in a scrap heap.
No Questions Asked: If it’s dusty, has a flat, or doesn’t turn on—that’s fine! I love a good mechanical challenge.
Pure Gratitude: You’ll be helping a neighbor get around town without a car, and I’ll be incredibly grateful for the opportunity.
What I’m Looking For:
Any brand or style (RadPower, Aventon, Lectric, or even DIY kits).
Bikes with "dead" batteries or missing chargers.
Bikes that have been sitting in storage and just need some TLC.
Skip the landfill and the "is this available" messages. Shoot me a photo of what you’ve got, and I’ll come take it off your hands for free!
