Sewing machine needs some attention (RG4, Sonning)

This is about 20yrs old rarely used but did make curtains with it when first purchased, got it out recently and cannot get the tension right especially on the bottom thread. Someone who knows what they are doing could rectify this I think. Please state when you can collect in your reply
