Fold up wheelchair (Levenshulme M19)

I am in need of a simple fold up wheelchair as my mobility needs have changed and I'm awaiting some appointments to assess my needs fully but I am stuck not being able to go very far. Can possibly arrange a pickup but I would be depending on availability of friends to do so.
