Old record player (16 rpm) (St James’s Square, Bath)

Does anyone have an old record player that can play at 16rpm please? (Much slower than the usual 33rpm) The speaker and tone arm don’t need to work, just the turntable- as long as it turns at 16rpm I’d be very happy!
