Model Railway Base or Loft Boards & Castors (Manston LS15)

5 chipboard loft boards with "grass" and home made cardboard, wire and papier mache tunnel. A very amateur job that would doubtless annoy a serious modeller but might just suit a newbie. Built for a Hornby OO gauge train.

Whole thing is about 1.7x1.2m. The boards are configured as 2 x 2 and one single board. The pairs are reinforced with a wooden batten underneath. So the largest single piece to go in a car is approx 0.7x1.2m.

The boards are on heavy duty castors, it seemed like a good idea at the time, these could come off if someone wanted them seperately, 5 with brakes, 5 without.

Worst case, tear off the tunnel, take the wheels off, turn them upside down and you have 5 serviceable loft boards.
